On Sunday 25 May 2025, the 16th Wipptal Cycling Day will take place from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

A cycling excursion in the municipalities of Brenner, Freienfeld, Pfitsch, Ratschings and Sterzing.

It’s that time again: for the sixteenth time, the bike takes centre stage for a day in the beautiful Wipptal Valley. In Sterzing and the surrounding communities, numerous attractions and facilities are waiting to be discovered by you.

The cycling day is a wonderful opportunity to get on the saddle with family, friends and like-minded people and explore the countryside.
Between the towns of Freienfeld, Wiesen, Sterzing, Mareit, Gossensass and Brenner, many participating clubs, businesses and museums provide fun, excitement, entertainment and catering.

And there is also a sporting challenge: the entire route is more than 65 kilometres long.
