The Euregio project “Cycling Without Borders” is a cross-border cooperation between the partner regions of Tyrol, Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen, Miesbach, and South Tyrol. The project’s objective is to jointly promote the international Munich–Venice Cycle Route and further strengthen its position as a high-quality long-distance cycling holiday in the international tourism market.

Within the framework of the project, the partner regions develop and implement joint marketing activities aimed at increasing the route’s visibility, attracting new target groups, and promoting the participating regions as attractive cycling destinations. These activities include the production of shared promotional materials, digital marketing campaigns, public relations and media work, as well as coordinated promotion through relevant tourism channels.

Euregio funding is dedicated exclusively to these cross-border marketing activities. By presenting the route through a joint market approach, the project seeks to create synergies, enhance the visibility of the Munich–Venice Cycle Route, and generate additional tourism-related economic value for all participating regions.
